Included are comfy bench seats, bar stools, kitchenette with glass fronted bar fridge, a 55” LED TV and even a bar with electric roller door you can sit at overlooking the garden and chook pen whilst you enjoy that relaxing drink. Glorious 150 year old floor to ceiling glass doors keep the room warm and cosy in the winter sun and open onto the outdoor area in the warmer months.
This space is open to guests and can comfortably accommodate all in residence with features including an accessible toilet.
