Information collected when you book with Stay Social can be used to charge your credit card for services or damages and to conduct your booking electronically. We may also contact you about your stay for customer service purposes or to make any changes or cancellations to your booking.
Protecting your privacy is important to us at Stay Social. However after all as we are “Stay Social” we hope you share stories and experiences as appropriate with fellow guests. We hope this policy helps you understand how Stay Social collects, uses, and safeguards the personal information you provide via our website, websites and systems of our service providers and at the property. When you browse our cool website we do log your IP address (the Internet address of your computer) to give us an idea of which parts of our website you visit and how long you spend there. However we do not link your IP address to anything personally identifiable.
At times we may request that you voluntarily supply us with your email address, phone number, social media accounts or other details, for the purposes such as corresponding with us including to make a purchase. If you provide us with your email address, we will send you the Stay Social Newsletter. We do not share your personal information with other companies or providers under any circumstances – the only exception being with service providers required to process your booking and to enable your stay and then only for that express purpose. Also we may share your postal / delivery address only for the logistical purposes in sending you any purchases made.
Stay Social provides customers with an easy means to decline to receive email and/or SMS offers. Although most of our very social customers tell us they appreciate receiving notice of these opportunities, we recognise and respect the importance of providing you with choice. At any time, you may request to discontinue receiving these offers from us simply by replying to the email or SMS and informing us of your preferences. All email offers that you receive from the Stay Social crew will tell you how to decline further email offers.
